Ate at approximately 6:15pm and 11pm severe diarrhea and vomiting. I started feeling nauseous at approximately 8:30 and it progressed until 11 and have been vomitting with stomach cramps and diarrhea since. Sweating and minor fever also.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Sweating

Placed an order when I was on break from work later later became ill with fever, and diarrhea, nausea. I took off work and went to the doctor and they found and diarrhea, nausea. I took off of work and went to the doctor they found a cold one E. Coli and gave me meds for my fever and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
