Bought and ate a prepacked ham sandwich on 11/20/2019 at 11:27 am. Had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea in the afternoon of the same day. The only other food I had that day before the incident was a bagel with coffee in the morning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps

I ate lunch on Monday 10/14 around 12:30pm. I ordered an Impossible burger with a side of macaroni and cheese, and this was the only meal I had consumed that day. Within 4 hours, I had a fever and was vomiting violently. These symptoms lasted for over 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
