Son went to birthday party on Fri Aug 12 and ate chicken nuggets from a platter provided at party. 6 hours after eating he had severe nausea and vomiting. 2 days later he is barely eating with residual stomach pains.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Only ate peanut butter sandwich at 2 pm for lunch. Felt fine then went to Freddy's at 2230 pm. By 2300 I was already feeling the symptoms. 3am full blown chaos. Ate at sonic earlier today and ordered a cherry slushie for my daughter and chicken and cheese bites for my wife and o had a cheeseburger. Ate at approximately 6:15pm and 11pm severe diarrhea and vomiting. I started feeling nauseous at approximately 8:30 and it progressed until 11 and have been vomitting with stomach cramps and diarrhea since.
