Son went to birthday party on Fri Aug 12 and ate chicken nuggets from a platter provided at party. 6 hours after eating he had severe nausea and vomiting. 2 days later he is barely eating with residual stomach pains.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Only ate peanut butter sandwich at 2 pm for lunch. Felt fine then went to Freddy's at 2230 pm. By 2300 I was already feeling the symptoms. 3am full blown chaos. Ate at sonic earlier today and ordered a cherry slushie for my daughter and chicken and cheese bites for my wife and o had a cheeseburger. Within a few hours I've been constantly having loose stools and painful stomach cramps occurring approx. every 15-30 minutes  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
