My husband, my sister and I all had burgers. Afterwards my husband had severe vomiting and diarrhea, and still has severe stomach pain. My sister had diarrhea. And I had severe stomach cramps but am currently on Valium which tends to constipate me so I think that helped to suppress my GI a bit.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain

Ate at around 4:20pm. Ordered garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, cowboy bites, and white pizza. Only had ice water to drink. Almost immediately both of us started feeling a little sick for the rest of the day, with sense of impending vomiting intensifying over the next six hours.… See more

It was shut down Jan. 27 for a cockroach infestation. Inspectors saw at least a dozen multi-generational roaches "Vigorously moving within a thick layer of food and grease in the metal pan under the cook line."
