Yesterday I went to lunch there, I had clam chowder shrimp cocktail and a fish fry a couple hours later I started feeling sick I went to work I had to leave work early I have uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting I had to call into my work today  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas

3/18. Ordered the beefy melt burrito and chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito and ate it at 11am. Had bad indigestion all day up until 9pm. Then the vomiting started.
