Either Clam Chowder or Seasonal Greens Salad, Ate lunch around 11:30 AM. Started feeling uneasy around 4:00. Diarrhea started at around 5:00 PM and persisted until 1:00 AM when vomiting ensued. I was only diner this morning.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea

I had the autumn squash soup along with a chicken salad sandwich with tomato, kale, arugula, avocado. Almost immediately after finishing, I had a sharp pain in my stomach. I threw up 6 times. Felt feverish and had to leave work. I’ll never eat there again.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a snack size (6 wings) with spicy garlic sauce and have been experiencing explosive diarrhea for 2 days now, extreme gas cramps, and pepto aint even bringing this thing in. Im pissin out my back end and cant stop  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps
