Either Clam Chowder or Seasonal Greens Salad, Ate lunch around 11:30 AM. Started feeling uneasy around 4:00. Diarrhea started at around 5:00 PM and persisted until 1:00 AM when vomiting ensued. I was only diner this morning.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻

I had the autumn squash soup along with a chicken salad sandwich with tomato, kale, arugula, avocado. Almost immediately after finishing, I had a sharp pain in my stomach. I threw up 6 times. Felt feverish and had to leave work. I’ll never eat there again.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我有一个零食大小（6 个翅膀）和辛辣的大蒜酱，现在已经经历了爆炸性腹泻 2 天了，极度抽筋，而且 pepeon 甚至没有把这个东西带进去。我在后端生皮辛不能停下来  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 煤气, 抽筋
