the sesame seed bun, and Arby's sauce. I am the only one who got sick. Within an hour after eating I was feeling bloated and crampy. Not long after that I began to feel nauseous. I decided to try some indigestion medication (from my medicine cabinet and in date) since I dont eat fast food often I was thinking it was some side effects from my body not being used to the quality? of food I had consumed. I decided to go to bed shortly after trying to use the bathroom to no avail. I was laying on my left side and dealing with horrible cramping at this point, causing me to break a sweat. I managed to fall asleep somehow because the next thing I know, I woke up running to the bathroom. I had very awful stomach pain and very gross, hot, pure liquid, yellow (as I came to find out) diarrhea. I felt like I could vomit but did not. I went back to bed. I did not feel well at all but managed to fall asleep again. Within an hour, I was again running to the bathroom with the same symptoms and outcomes. I had 6 bouts of this so far but I am also finding more time is passing between each episode and I am feeling much less nauseous, bloated, and crampy. I also found with each episode I am producing less diarrhea. The cramping only seems to hit now when I need to get to the bathroom and that is all. I wanted to point out that while I never vomited, I could have easily "forced" myself to or let myself. I gagged a few times with the first 2 or 3 episodes and had the watery mouth but successfully did not vomit. I still felt nauseous the rest of the night/early morning and with the following episodes but not vomit inducing nausea with any more gagging or watering mouth.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Bloating, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Sweating, Migraine, Indigestion

Husband and I shared each other's meals-salad, Tuscan grilled chicken, and mezzaluna. Husband began vomiting and chills the next day (14 hours after) and I did 36 hours after eating. Daughter ate kids pasta and was fine. Not sure if this was viral but she is not sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Chills

I started to have an extremely stomachache accompanied by vomiting. The first ones were very painful, I vomited 7 times during the night accompanied by uncontrollable diarrhea.
I could not sleep all night, the diarrhea and vomiting continued into the morning.
I didn't eat all day because I was very sick.
I waited until the night of Friday to Saturday with a lot of concern, I was right because I also vomited 6 times and slept very little.
On Sunday morning it is a little better after more than 2 days of fasting.

not the first time the Lucky Charms illness has struck. I’ve been suspicious of the cereal’s association to this affect in the past but didn’t feel certain until of the connection until today. I usually eat two bowls of cereal but my primary gotos are FrostedFlakes and FrostedMiniWheats. I eat the lucky charms from my kids’ supply when I don’t have my gotos available. My kids are little and only eat smaller portions. I’m done buying this stuff for them—something is up with the cereal’s ingredients. The affected products were sold in the eastern United States, California and online … See More

This is a voluntary recall that comes after we discovered the issue through monitoring of the Primal Kitchen warehouse. It was noticed that avocado oil had leaked in shipping containers.

Products included in the recall include 750mL Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil with an individual package UPC of 8-5523200719-4, Case UPC of 108552320071910000 and a “Best When Used By” date of 19 Aug 2025 through 21 Aug 2025.

No other sizes, formats or batches are affected by the packaging issue.

In case you experience harm from this product, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve issues and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist, seek medical care.
