My mother brought home some McDonalds. I got two cheese burgers and a small fry. My brother got two cheese burgers. My mother got a mac chicken. Late at night me and my brother started vomiting. My mother seemed fine. What probably caused the vomiting was the cheese burgers.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

I love Wegmans...however I got a pesto tomato/spinach pizza from there yesterday and probably 1 hr after eating it I started violently vomiting with chills and felt nauseous until I realized I had a 102 fever...even thinking about the pizza made me horribly sick.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

served me this undercooked double quarter pounder with cheese. So much for “fresh beef cooked when you order” especially when there are so many E Coli outbreaks right now. On top of that they messed up my order so all of this food went to waste
