I ate a arts fish sandwich at around 7 pm Sunday Feb 18rh 2018. . I woke up at 6 am vomiting .. Which included Hot sweats and cold sweats. . couldn't keep down even a small amount of liquids ... This was followed with feeling tired and runny stools.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

At at PE on Wednesday, have the beef, noodles and egg roll. Food was way overcooked and might have been sitting there all day. Two hours later I felt nauseous and later threw up. It is now day 3 and I still have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Seated for dinner at 7PM - ate from salad bar and selection of carved meats. By 9:30PM I was in the bathroom with diarrhea and projectile through-the-nose vomit.
