I went to the Cheesecake Factory on 6/2/2018, at approximately 3:30. I ate the Shrimp Gumbo and nothing else. By that evening I began to have chills along with a fever. The following day I became violently ill, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, severe headache and chills.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills

Mild chicken tenders
