Ate the triple play appetizer(Southwestern Egg rolls, Cheese Curds, Hamburger Sliders). I became ill after ten hours of eating at restaurant with vomiting, nausea, diarrhea and fever. Currently, at emergency room getting fluids and treatment for nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ordered a dinner box Friday night which included two pizzas, wings, and bread sticks. I had to call them because they gave me raw chicken wings. My symptoms started Saturday night. This was at the Pizza Hut location near South elm Eugene st  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
