Today hormel comleats rice and chicken meal from Charlotte north Carolina and I'm sick and my 2 children got sick as well. Were all beyond sick can't eat or drink anything just vomit it up. I had to take them to hospital looks like hormel is the culprit  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

Restaurant was very unkept. Women’s restroom out of service. Mens no paper towels. Should have listened to the “signs”!
