Suspected source: Ate frozen berries smoothie for 2 days. 1st day, I had diarrhea, 2nd day severe diarrhea then vomiting twice right after. My fever went up to 100.7. Now it’s around 98-99.

Ate garlic butter mussels purchased same day from Aldi and cooked them per instructions and 2 hours later I had persistent stomach pain and vomiting that later resolved once I vomited up all the contents which was chunks of mussels  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
