I ate Chick-fil-A (located in Southpoint Mall Food Court, Durham, NC) around 3:30p and within 15 min I was experiencing stomach pain which then led to naseua and diarrhea followed my projectile vomitting, chills, fever and my symptoms are still continuing as of 1am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

Purchased 2lb container of Sun Date organic Medjool Dates from Costco 1/5 took home and put in refrigerator. On 1/7 took out 3 dates and ate them and immediately got sick and throwing up. The dates were full of black mold and irritated my throat and chest… See more

I ordered takeout from the Jacksonville, NC Location on 12/27/2025 around 7pm. I woke up at 5AM the next morning outrageously sick. On Dec 22nd 2025 I ate a Tuna sub from the Subway inside of the Walmart in Raeford, NC. I remember it didnt taste very cold. There was one older lady working.
