Us and four friends are at it Saturday at 12pm. We all are Ill with the same symptoms. Saturday in the last 12 hours, 4 people sick. Met for lunch. Only food we all consumed was ketchup, fries, and custard. No one shared food. Symptoms showed up 32 to 38 hours after the lunch  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea

3 people in my family have gotten sick so far after a family meal together. One began vomitting early in the night, another at 3am, and now another at 7am. Those who were not present for the meal have no symptoms.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Fever

Ordered a Sausage McMufifn with egg last night. Woke up this morning with Nausea, Fever, Vomiting and Diarrhea. I have had food poisoning once before and this feels just like it. My wife and I shared fries and nuggets and I was the only one who ate the McMuffin, so I'm thinking it had to be that.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Both my friend and I ate wings here on July 21st, 2018. A little later, I had horrible stomach pain and threw up. My friend also had horrible stomach pain. He didn't throw up, but said if he could have, he would have. HORRIBLE!  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain
