Got dinner last night 1/31/17 at 6pm and started to feel very sick around 10:30p. I had a chicken burrito with black beans, guacamole, corn, brown rice, tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate at Wendy's at around midnight and by 5:30 AM I had bad abdominal pains and diarrhea. It continued through the night. Wendy's was the only thing I ate in the second half of the day, so I have no doubt in my mind that it is what made me so sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Had charcuterie board, bread and fats, deviled duck egg. Developed fever, chills, sweats, diarrhea and extreme dehydration. Couldn't eat a thing for 4 days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills, Sweating
