Nausea Sunday night
Cramps and nausea Monday

I ate at Chipotle this past Sunday for lunch, and woke up sick to my stomach on Monday. The food that I had was one soft taco with chicken, black beans, cheese, lettuce, guacamole and chips. On Monday my symptoms were diarrhea, nausea, indigestion, muscle aches, stomach cramps and pains.

4 of 6 family members ate there on Saturday July 28th. Those 4 members came down with vomiting, GI symptoms, abdominal cramping, headache and fatigue.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache, Cramps

Ate a burrito Sunday, spent Monday in the bathroom. Didn’t think into it too much, but by Monday night I was thinking about updating my will. Sharp shooting pains in the gut. Told my wife I might need my appendix or gall bladder out. Today is Tuesday, pray for me.

I ate a burrito bowl with chicken, brown rice, black beans, peppers/onions, tomatoes, corn, green salsa, lettuce and cheese. This was on Sunday 7/29 at around 1:30pm. The following day (Monday) I had diarrhea all day (and still do).  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
