My girlfriend and I had large fries and I had honey mustard and she had cheese sauce and we had diarrhea and she threw up. We also felt sick a few minutes after eating.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

We ate roast beef sandwiches at 8pm. The next morning 2 of us that at roast beef started violently throwing up and had very bad diarreah. It lasted all day but seemed clear by the end of the night  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a big dinner here yesterday evening about 7pm. I went to bed at 1am and woke up 45 minutes later and vomited. This continued throughout the night every hour until 7am. Ran 100.5 fever and am still fighting it at 6pm today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate in the morning around 9 and felt fine all day. My husband brought home the salad and despite my hesitation (it didn’t look very fresh), I ate it bc I was hungry.
