Got 2 boxes of pier 33 gourmet fully cooked mussels. Within a hour or 2 after eating I experienced extreme stomach pains, diarrhea and vommiting. I also was having the chills, headaches and serious nausea. I couldn't keep any liquids down for 8 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Yesterday I ate a gyro at Arby's. I ordered a gyro and ate it on my lunch break. 30 minutes later, when back at work, I got severe stomach cramps and pain, diarrhea, nausea and fever. That was all I ate. I got so sick, it was awful.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Vomiting
