I ate at Chipotle between 7 and 8 pm on Friday July 14th and did not have anything after eating there. When I woke up Saturday morning I felt nauseous. I vomited and had diarrhea for the rest of the day and Sunday. I had a fever and was sweating profusely.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

This is the 3rd time I have gotten a non-meat burrito from Chipotle and the 3rd time I have gotten sick. I'm not even getting meat or dairy in my burritos- SO WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS!? P.S. The staff was rude and I will never go again. Moe's is 1000 times better and cleaner AND friendlier.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

Ate personal pan pepperoni pizza. Started having stomach pains about 7 hours later. Developed diarrhea with increased stomach cramps. Now, almost 24 hrs later, still having stomach pains and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain

Only thing I ate yesterday was taco bell, 2 tacos and a crunch wrap supreme. Was suddenly awoken at 4 am rushing to vomit and intense stomach pain. It is now 6:40 am I'm still sitting on the toilet and have vomited once again. By sitting I mean I haven't stopped peeing out of my butt!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
