My boyfriend and I went to taco bell for breakfast and we both had the sausage stacker. About an hour after leaving is when my symptoms started and his started about two hours after leaving. His symptoms stopped that night, but mine kept going until the end of the next day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate at Chipotle between 7 and 8 pm on Friday July 14th and did not have anything after eating there. When I woke up Saturday morning I felt nauseous. I vomited and had diarrhea for the rest of the day and Sunday. I had a fever and was sweating profusely.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

This is the 3rd time I have gotten a non-meat burrito from Chipotle and the 3rd time I have gotten sick. I'm not even getting meat or dairy in my burritos- SO WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS!? P.S. The staff was rude and I will never go again. Moe's is 1000 times better and cleaner AND friendlier.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever

Ate personal pan pepperoni pizza. Started having stomach pains about 7 hours later. Developed diarrhea with increased stomach cramps. Now, almost 24 hrs later, still having stomach pains and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Stomach Pain

Only thing I ate yesterday was taco bell, 2 tacos and a crunch wrap supreme. Was suddenly awoken at 4 am rushing to vomit and intense stomach pain.
