last night i ate 2 chicken nuggets that were together so i ripped them apart and i assume the batter wasn’t cooked all the way but i still ate it not thinking anything and now i have been vomiting and have liquid diarrhea (like literally liquid)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Had a turkey sub with provolone cheese and veggies. I took it home and when I opened it the turkey smelled funny and didn’t taster that good. I was hungry so I ate it anyway and a few hours later I been to the bathroom 5 times and I feel very sick.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I purchased a chicken noodle soup and Turkey and Swiss sandwich from the here near the Philadelphia Airport. I got back to my hotel room and within 20 minutes of eating I was throwing up and had diarrhea this lasted for 2 days. I will NEVER eat… See more

I had 2 fish tacos with black beans and chips w/ side of queso at 2 PM on 10/18/21. By 5 PM on the same day I had diarrhea, projectile vomiting, chills, fever, weakness, dizziness. Symptoms persisted x 24 hrs. Curiously I had 2 fish tacos on Sunday 10/17 and did not get ill.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Weakness, Dizziness, Chills
