Tonight, Filet tips at a restaurant that were bad I ordered the filet tips appetizer. I’ve had it before and it was good. This time it smelled a little off and I initially attributed that to seasoning. I ate 2 bites. I took one more bite and it was so bad, clearly rancid.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
