My son had the chicken and shrimp carbonara dish. I had the chicken scampi. We both had salad and stuffed mushrooms. He started throwing up about 2 1/2 hours after eating. I didn't feel good but never threw up. The only thing he had that I didn't was the shrimp.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Chicken- shrimp & roasted potatoes. 6/1/2016 I only ate half my meal, by the time I got home I had severe stomach cramps, awful headache and The runs all night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Headache

I ate the boneless wings and things meal with Zax sauce around 9 pm on 2-8-16. Around 4 am on 2-9-16, I woke up with extreme stomach pain and vomiting. I them vomited about every our until 5pm. Decided to go to doctor where they agreed I needed an IV of fluids. Today, 2-10-16, symptoms are gone.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
