Ordered a pepperoni pizza on Saturday. Got sick with stomach cramps, bloating, and dierraha Saturday night. Sunday afternoon I was sick again but with just nausea. Now Monday night I am still sick with nausea and stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Cramps, Bloating

Stuffed crust pepperoni lovers, Veggie lovers with banana peppers and pepperoni, and breadsticks. The first person was sick within 12 hours and other within 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
