Seventeen year old son had stomach cramps and severe diarrhea for a week, 4/12/22 until 4/19/22 after eating Lucky Charms cereal snack bars. Given IV fluids at the local clinic. We put it together after reading reports of Lucky charms and threw the remaining bars out.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
