I ordered my food online through DoorDash. I ordered 1 beef fajita taco and some chips an queso. I woke up approximately 7 hours after eating with sever abdominal cramping, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. I had not eaten anything after my food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
