Got the PB and banana protein shake and a few hours later.. was extremely sick vomiting and muscle spasms in my stomach ... horrible pain and dehydration from all the vomiting. Went to ER and 3 days later still not back to myself yet.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Muscle Spasms, Dehydration

Was hospitalized with sepsis from campylobacter and the health dept contacted me to try to help pin the culprit. It could’ve been my local taqueria or swimming pool. If you live in the Woodlawn area and have gotten food poisoning in the last 20 days, please post where you got it.
