got 2 breakfast taquitos around 11:30-12 pm.

woke to really bad nausea and then violent vomiting. After all the food was out continue to dry heave and vomit.

Believe there may have been some cross contamination on the eggs, sausage or bacon.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Headache
