or tasted I ate all of mine. About 2am I began experiencing horrible stomach cramping with horrific diarrhea. I have the chills and body aches. I began vomiting shortly after the diarrhea hit. It seems like every 45 minutes I have to vomit and or have diarrhea I have very bloody stool. an item I have consumed many times in the past, but always from other Wawa outlets. This item was also the only fresh food I purchased that entire day; everything else was either pre-packaged (a protein bar From the same retailer) or brought from home using the same ingredients and means of preparation, storage, and transport as usual.

Without 2 hours of consuming the carrot/celery/peanut butter package, I started experiencing symptoms of nausea, vomiting, and feeling feverish in my body (chills, weakness). I vomited profusely, starting with the most recent thing eaten (the bright orange told me, “yep, there are the carrots I ate!”) and proceeding down to older, more watery remains. This is the only time I can recall where I didn’t immediately feel better after vomiting; instead, my stomach felt sore/raw for the next 48-36 hours, even after all the other symptoms had subsided. The nausea, vomiting, and feverish feelings ceased in 24-48 hours.

I didn’t report this incident to Wawa because I doubted whether they’d take it seriously, possibly attributing my symptoms to some other cause (eg, illness) or culprit (eg, my own food). However, I intend to never consume fresh food from that Wawa again in the future.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness, Chills, Fever, Soreness

Me and my family ate dinner at Applebee’s on 12/10/17. I ate the lime chicken fiesta with mash potatoes. At 200 am I felt nauseous and within few minutes I vomited. My husband had fish and chips and he had a stomachache.  | Symptoms: Nausea
