I ate chipotle yesterday in eastshore Va the new location around 5:30om. A couple hours after I vomited all night diarrhea . My hotel room had vomit all over it. I will not being going to chipotle ever again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate there last Wed and by early Friday morning, I had diarrhea and vomitting. Missed work and stayed in bed all day. My best friend who ate lunch with me on Wed had same thing happen to him. We both had differernt meals but had chips and salsa aplenty. In guessing it's the salsa that got us.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My boyfriend had a chicken burrito around 6:00pm and woke up around 1:00am with extreme vomiting and diarrhea. He has gotten sick 4 times during the night. I had a chicken bowl with pretty much all of the toppings and have an upset stomach.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

So this happened a few years ago. Had the Bacon Turkey Bravo and everything went south. I'm thankfully it held out until I got home but once I got home, diarrhea, vomiting, chills, sweats, body aches insued. This lasted most of the night. We ordered 2 large pizzas and two orders of wings fro
Papa Johns on Hull Street rd in Midlothian VA. My wife and I became very ill that evening and into the next day. My kida did not eat the wings and were not ill, they did eat the pizza with out incident.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
