I ate a chicken bowl with cheese, brown rice, salsa, green salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and chips. I ate half of my food around 1 pm. I was vomiting and had diarrhea from 10pm to 4 am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I went to Chipotle for lunch 12/14/2017 by 8 pm I had diarrhea and an upset stomach that lasted all night into the next day. I had a burrito bowl with brown rice, black and pinto beans, mild tomatoes, a little cheese and lettuce. I also felt like i had to vomit. No more Chipotle for me.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
