About a week ago still been very sick. It was either Sushi or Tacobell I have been very very sick I have been to the hospital 3times my pcp just called me and informed me that I have food Poisoning! John Tyler hwy Tocobell and the sushi was by the Home Depot Toko Express  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

It’s 8pm 4th of July. I’ve had nothing to eat today since 7pm last night. I consumed 1/2 glass of oj around 445. I started vomiting around 530. For 2.5 hrs.
