Salmon Gravlax that comes with a small salad. Salad was not usual type, field greens, was just a chopped up romaine. That was disappointing. Also had a coffee with milk and slice of apple cake. Before my next meal at home,

At the food about 4 pm today started feeling it 10 mins after sharp pains in the stomach nausea and dizziness.
