Ate a spicy chicken sandwich and some chili that I bought from Wendy's. Within a couple of hours I had very bad cramping diarrhea and nausea. I will not go there again I do not trust their food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Ordered a mix of orange chicken and black pepper chicken around 6pm. By midnight, I was violently throwing up and had a severe case of diarrhea. Right before starting a new job. Had to call out sick the first day. I was down for 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
