Had dinner in the 6-7pm timeframe on Jan 2. Ate the Shrimp stir fry, side salad with Italian and a red sangria. Also a glass of water. The waitress was exceptionally slow and kept getting our orders mixed up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
