Went to eat lunch with my girlfriend. I ate the brisket burger and fries. By 6:30 or 7:00 pm I was vomiting and had diarrhea. The stomach pain was horrible and the fever followed 😫. I can't stay away from the toilet.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills
