Opened and ate Kroger brand sandwich sized pepperoni on October 20 2018. Expiration date was 102118 yet top slice had penny-sized gray spots. While the other slices were visually okay they were also contaminated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
