Had chest! Stomach pain! Nausea and can't use the restroom. I had a large BBQ beef with rice and macaroni salad. Everything tasted OK but the rice tasted different than normal. The rice could of been sitting out too long or mixed with oil or something. I just ate the beef alone and no ill effects.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Stomach Pain

I had the steak salad and my wife and I shared the onion flower. There was somethinges in the sauce with the onion flower but it looked like a piece of the onion flower...maybe not. Will not be returning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever

Both me and the person I was with felt ill within an hour of eating. I had no raw meat/seafood/egg in either sushi roll I ordered. I did not experience vomiting like my friend did, but both of us had diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
