Got a meatball sub for the youngest. He ate it and less than 12 hours later he was vomiting and had diarrhea. It has now been over 24 hours since he began vomiting and is still not able to even hold in water. Noticed them taking the meatballs out of a microwave before making the sandwich.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache

My grandmother ate 2 fish sandwiches from the McDonald’s on main avenue in De Pere. She was in the worst pain I had ever seen, with shivers, puking, ect. She barely made it home and could barely drive herself back.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

All I ate on Tuesday wash Lucky Charms, Wednesday morning at 8am I started vomiting. I was vomiting until 10pm and still dealing with diarrhea 2 days later. I had the blackened chicken taco with Spanish rice. My husband had the chicken chimichanga with the Spanish rice and we both ate some of the chips/salsa. We both had painful cramps, nausea and diarrhea within a half hour or so after we finished our food.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
