Sat down to eat the Trio dish and something caused me a bad feeling in the stomach

Getting home and around 11 pm started throwing up and it went on till Sunday

Finally went to Dr office for some assistance  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I had Mr. Hero yesterday evening for dinner woke up at 3am with severe diarrhea and vomiting it is currently 7:30pm the next day and i am still sick cant hold down water or juice. I had a chicken philly with light veggies the medium size.
