UPDATE - August 14th, 2020

Since the last case count update, 49 new laboratory-confirmed Cyclospora infections have been reported. A total of 690 people with laboratory-confirmed Cyclospora infections associated with this outbreak have been reported from 13 states. 37 people have been hospitalized and no deaths have been reported.

July 24th, 2020
CDC last update states that a total of 641 people with laboratory-confirmed Cyclospora infections associated with this outbreak have been reported from 11 states (Georgia, Pennsylvania, and South Dakota reported new cases) 37 people have been hospitalized. No deaths have been reported to date.

July 09th, 2020
According to the last update by the CDC, a total of 509 people with laboratory-confirmed Cyclospora infections associated with this outbreak have been reported from 8 states (six cases have been reported in North Dakota) 33 people have been hospitalized. No deaths have been reported to date.

June 24th, 2020
CDC announced that since the last update, a total of 46 additional people have laboratory-confirmed Cyclospora infections. The total of reported people for this outbreak increased to 122 from seven states (nine new cases from Wisconsin).

June 23, 2020
The CDC and the FDA are investigating a multistate outbreak of Cyclospora infections linked to bagged salad mix products at ALDI, Hy-Vee, and Jewel-Osco stores. To date, 76 persons have been reported sick on six states (IA, IL, KS, MO, MN, NE) where 16 people have required hospitalization and no deaths have been reported.

CDC is advising consumers not to eat salads or products containing any of the following products:

- ALDI Little Salad Bar Brand Garden Salad. Sold in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, and Minnesota
- Hy-Vee Brand Garden Salad. Sold in Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Minnesota, and Nebraska
- Jewel-Osco Signature Farms Garden Salad. Sold in Illinois
