I ate a big bowl of strawberry banana cheerios, and within a couple hours I was having reflux, burps , diarrhea and felt so bloated. It's lasted over 24 hours now. Had spicy chicken sandwich, chicken noodle soup and banana frosty at 830pm. Everything tasted great.
