I ordered a burrito bowl for lunch on Friday, it was the only thing I ate for the entire day. On my drive home I started to feel nauseas and immediately began to vomit when I got home. Hâd a chicken burrito bowl at 7 pm on 3/28/18 and started vomiting at 130 am and having diarrhea until I went to the hospital at around 7 am for IV fluids due to severe dehydration.
