My husband had Carnitas Asada bowl and I had Chicken Bowl, both with Guacamole. This happen on Saturday Feb. 6th.

I purchased a double meat chicken bowl between 8-9pm. I begin feeling pains in stomach around 12:30am which led to vomiting, diarrhea and nausea. Throughout the night constantly running back and forth to bathroom, by morning completely dehydrated and running a low fever.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
