Had chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger from the 4 for 4 menu at 1:00 pm on 7/13/17 on the Wendy's in Goodyear, AZ located at 1178 Litchfield Rd and about an hour after I started vomiting and with a lot of nausea and the chills. On 7/1 around 1pm I had a hamburger, my mom ate a Big Mac and my daughter had chicken nuggets. Around 3pm we all had stomach aches and felt hot, sweaty and dizzy.
