I ate at on July 3rd, 2019 at around 1:00 pm. I had a grilled chicken sandwich. I started to feel sick about 3 hours later. I have been sick ever since, vomiting, headache etc.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache

Tried Cheeto chicken box with the Cheeto chicken sandwich, nuggets, potato wedges and Mac and cheese. Shortly after eating diarrhea and nausea set in and has persisted the last 9-10 hours since eating with no sign of getting better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ate a Wopper and a Spicy Chicken Sandwich today and about 6 hours later I have symptoms of food poisoning. My wife got food poisoning last week from lettuce. There was lettuce on both of my sandwiches.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
