I am in EXTREME PAIN at the moment. I had some fried chicken strips for lunch because it was quick but man that was a mistake. Now I feel as if I’m dying. I ordered yesterday around 5pm. Chicken strips, cole slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and cheese, a biscuit and finger licking good sauce, Took about 3 to 4 hrs to feel nausea and the diarrhea started then I threw up around midnight and have had diarrhea since  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
