Orange chicken, fried rice. I ate around 9pm, woke up at 2:30am nauseous and vomiting, then again at 4am with diaharea and more vomiting. I had no other food that could have caused this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Got a nacho fries box and a chicken quesadilla, about 5 hrs later, i started having gut cramps, and gas. Ended up in the bathroom for a good hr, had severe diarreah, vomitting and acid reflux and nausea. I went to buy some burger and chicken nuggets for my daughter and few hours after eating it she started vomiting and diarrhoea followed. She was very weak and had very bad headache and couldn't go to school.
